For Investors
WaHa is raising our A-2 round to scale distributed water infrastructure. Request access to our teaser pitch deck for an overview of our technology, traction, and investment opportunity.

Revolutionizing Dehumidification and Pure Water Generation
WaHa is addressing a critical challenge in rapidly growing industries like pure drinking water, water-restricted real estate development, specialty dehumidification, lithium battery manufacturing, and HVAC systems. Current technologies struggle with extreme operating conditions, high energy consumption (often 0.5-1+ kWh/L), and environmental pollution. Our WaHa Vaporator® platform delivers a leap in performance: far more energy-efficient (targeting 0.24 kWh/L via heat pump regeneration and MOF-based sorbents), with low-humidity operation down to 7% RH at -20°C to 55°C, and pure water generation as a byproduct. The water is PFAS-free and exceeds EPA drinking water standards, and is actually pure enough to be classified as ASTM Type II Ultrapure Water.
Cost Savings
Significant reductions for clients, with LCOW target of <$7/m³* (*including energy, in the UAE). Competitive against bottled water ($500–$2,000/m³) and trucked supplies ($50–$150/m³), without the logistics or ecological externalities of desalination.
Carbon Reduction
Lowers Scope 3 GHG emissions by >1 GT/year, eliminating plastic waste (one unit avoids ~17,500 bottles annually) and brine discharge.
Multi-Market Platform
Versatile for built environments (drinking water, AC), agriculture/industry (food drying, dry rooms), and beyond—unlocking uninhabitable land, halving energy use, and slashing AC costs by 25%.
Reliability & Scalability
99.999% uptime via distributed design (no single failure point), proven in UAE pilots over 15 months. Supply chain secured with global partners like BASF and Mitsui for MOFs at scale.
Founded on reticular chemistry pioneered by 2025 Nobel laureate Prof. Omar Yaghi, WaHa has 15 patent families (24 grants, 60 pending) and a seasoned team with 200+ patents and multiple exits. We’re entering markets progressively: $3B in atmospheric water generation (2026), scaling to $360B in AC/heating (2029+), with software-like recurring revenue from hardware.
