Uses Renewable Energy
The WaHa Vaporator® can be powered by any renewable energy source as long as it can supply a consistent supply of energy. For solar and wind, a battery backup will be required.
The machine can also be powered by low-grade (<100°C) waste heat from solar or industrial processes. If this is available, energy can be reduced to just 0.1 kWh/kg of water.
