Products | Oasis-24 Outdoor

24 liters of water per day. No trucks. No bottles. No wells.

The Oasis-24 Outdoor is a weatherproof atmospheric water generator. It produces 24 liters of pure water per day from air, across the operating envelope, and pumps that water to a tank, irrigation or process line, or a WaHa Dispenser. IP65-rated. No shelter required. Power and a level surface are the install. The same engine also produces dry air as a simultaneous output.

WaHa Oasis-24 Outdoor atmospheric water generator, IP65 rated for outdoor installation
In short

The Oasis-24 Outdoor is an IP65-rated atmospheric water generator that produces 24 liters of pure water per day. It operates from 7% to 90% RH and from −20 °C to 55 °C. It holds rated output down to 1 gram of water per kilogram of air. Water goes to an external tank, irrigation or process connection, or a WaHa Dispenser / WaHa Water Hub (sold separately). Mineralization is required before the water is used for drinking. Energy use is 0.4–0.75 kWh per liter produced.

Who it's for

Sites that need pure water and have no indoor space to spare: greenhouses, farms, remote installations, construction sites, workshops, and buildings where the mechanical room is already full. It needs electricity and a stable, level surface.

The water is ready for irrigation, agricultural use, or any process that needs pure water. For drinking, pair it with a WaHa Dispenser, Water Hub, or a compatible third-party dispenser with mineralization. Choose Outdoor when the unit must sit fully exposed, or when water is going to a tank, field, or process. Choose Integrated when you want mineralized drinking water dispensed on the cabinet and have indoor or covered space.

Getting the water where it's going

The Oasis-24 Outdoor generates pure water and pumps it.

For drinking water

Connect a WaHa Dispenser, WaHa Water Hub, or a third-party dispenser with mineralization. Maximum recommended plumbing distance without additional pumping: 40 feet.

For irrigation, agricultural, or process use

Connect directly to the cistern, tank, or process system. Mineralization is not required.

6 L of on-board storage

Designed around external storage. Keep this water in its own vessel if you want to retain the purity.

What's in the water

The engine captures water molecules from the air stream. Output is pure water: no PFAS, no microplastics, no heavy metals, no VOCs, and no bacteria in the generated water.

Independent testing has been run against US EPA, UAE.S 149, and GSO 149 drinking-water standards. NSF, UL, and CE certifications are in progress.

This water is ultra-pure (about 2 TDS). It is not used for drinking until it is mineralized. Pair a drinking application with a WaHa Dispenser, Water Hub, or another mineralization path.

Installation

IP65. Rain and dust are in the rating. No dedicated shelter. Provide clear airflow, a 208–230 V supply, and a route for the water line.

At 91 × 91 cm footprint and 90 kg, it needs a level pad or prepared surface. In sub-freezing climates, add freeze protection on the water line and settle that with the installer before the pad is poured.

Noise is 60 dB(A) at one meter. Outdoors that is rarely an issue; check proximity to bedrooms or windows if the unit sits against an occupied wall.

Keeping it running

Washable air filters. In dusty environments (farms and construction sites count), clean the filter about every 30 days.

Any competent HVAC technician can service the unit. No chemicals, membranes, or brine streams.

Production and status report to the WaHa app over Wi-Fi, which matters on a unit that is not walked past every day.

What's been measured

In independent testing at the Arizona Atmospheric Water Harvesting testbed at Arizona State University, the Oasis-24 delivered its full rated 24 liters per day.

99.999%

Field-proven uptime on monitored pilot machines in the UAE and Sweden.

24 L/day

Full rated output, measured in independent testing at the Arizona Atmospheric Water Harvesting testbed.

IP65

Rated for outdoor installation, in operating temperatures from −20 °C to 55 °C.

Monitored pilot machines in the UAE and Sweden have logged 99.999% field-proven uptime. Units are operating in the UAE, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, West Texas, and at UC Davis. The Oasis-24 uses a novel solid desiccant — a MOF. Metal-organic frameworks were the subject of the 2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

FAQ

Can I drink the water from the Oasis-24 Outdoor?

The unit produces pure water. Mineralize it before drinking. Add a WaHa Dispenser, WaHa Water Hub, or another dispensing and mineralization path.

Do I need to build a shelter for it?

No. The unit is IP65-rated for rain and dust. It needs clear airflow, a level surface, and freeze protection on the water line in sub-freezing locations.

How far can the unit be from the tap?

The Outdoor unit has no built-in tap. It pumps to a dispenser, tank, or process line. Up to 40 feet of tubing before additional pumping is recommended. Connections are specified by the installer.

Can it fill my existing rainwater tank?

It can physically. Most sites keep this water in its own vessel. Mixing it into a rainwater cistern removes the purity advantage. Use a WaHa Water Hub, a WaHa-specified tank, or a separate third-party tank.

What does it cost to run?

Energy use is 0.4–0.75 kWh per liter. At 24 liters per day that is roughly 10–18 kWh. Cost depends on your electricity rate and local conditions. Sites with surplus solar improve the economics.

Why choose the Outdoor over the Integrated?

Choose Outdoor when the machine must live outdoors, or when water goes to a tank, field, or process. Choose Integrated when you want mineralized drinking water from a built-in dispenser and have indoor or covered space.
