Yes. Your Oasis-24 deposit is fully refundable at any time before WaHa begins manufacturing your order. Onboarding and confirmation comes when we're getting close, then we issue a Production Commencement Notice at least 14 days before we build your units. You pay a 20% deposit when you pre-order, ($780 per Oasis-24 Integrated or $600 per Oasis-24 Outdoor). The remaining 80% balance is due before we start building. Shipping and taxes are extra included and is calculated when then final invoice goes out.

Yes, for the units you order at the time of your deposit. The pre-order price is locked by your payment regardless of delivery timing or future cost changes: $3,900 for the Oasis-24 Integrated against an expected $6,500 MSRP, and $3,000 for the Oasis-24 Outdoor against an expected $5,000 MSRP. Units ordered later are priced at the then-current retail price.

Your deposit stays fully refundable until WaHa starts building your unit, so if that start moves later, the refundable period runs longer. Your pre-order price is locked by your deposit regardless of delivery timing or future price changes. First units are anticipated mid 2027.

WaHa notifies you promptly of any material change to the published specifications of the unit you ordered, and gives you at least 30 days to cancel for a full refund.

Two years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. WaHa repairs or replaces the unit at no charge, and if neither is practicable within 60 days of a valid claim, WaHa refunds the purchase price of that unit. Claims go to support@wahainc.com, with a response within 5 business days. Exclusions include misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions, normal wear on consumables, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, and operation outside the specified envelope.

WaHa Inc. is an atmospheric water generation company founded in 2018, with offices in Silicon Valley and the United Arab Emirates. It was originally co-founded by Nobel Prize winner Professor Omar Yaghi (formerly of UC Berkeley), and holds an exclusive license to certain water-harvesting MOF patent families from the UC Berkeley laboratory. WaHa closed Series A-1 financing in 2025, and its systems have been deployed in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, and the United States. The Oasis-24 is its first commercial product.
