Jeff Peterson

Jeff Peterson brings more than 40 years of senior finance and operations leadership, including roles as Vice President, General Manager, and CFO at Heli-Support, Roberts Aircraft Company, Heli-One, and Trans Aero — aviation companies with revenue exceeding $50 million. Across those positions he led debt financings totaling more than $100 million, strengthened financial reporting and forecasting, and supported consistent top-line and bottom-line growth. At WaHa, Jeff oversees financial planning, investor reporting, and capital strategy as the company scales its commercial operations. He also owns and operates Target Alpha Financial, LLC, a tax and consulting practice serving several hundred clients, where he is credentialed as an IRS Enrolled Agent. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern State University with dual majors in Accounting and Business Management.
